All designs created by switch on design are created from scratch, we do not use templates. This means that you get a unique site that reflects the needs of your business.

The process we follow is as follows:

• Gather requirements from the client through a short questionnaire and possibly a meeting
• Produce an all in quotation
• Create a site design layout
• Code and test the site
• Upload the site to a test server for client approval
• Upload the site to the live server and release
• Continued fixing of layout issues is included for 1 month, if needed

* The next stage is not moved to until the client is happy

The job is not completed until you, the client, are completely satisfied with the end result. If we need to rework any of the stages then that's what happens. The key to a smooth process is getting the requirements set down in the early stages, therefore it is important that you give as much detail as possible when completing the requirements questionnaire and during the client meeting.
